Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Squidward ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Description of Service

Squidward provides an enterprise AI governance platform including MCP gateway services, policy enforcement, access controls, and audit logging for AI tool usage. The Service is designed for enterprise customers requiring security and compliance controls over AI tooling.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us of any security breaches
  • Ensure authorized users comply with these terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers are subject to a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) that defines uptime guarantees, support response times, and remedies for service disruptions. The SLA is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

Squidward and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your data and configurations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

Data Processing

For enterprise customers, data processing is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that addresses GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory requirements. The DPA is available upon request and forms part of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squidward shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
