Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and role. For enterprise customers, we may also collect billing information and administrator contact details.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use Squidward, including MCP configurations, policy definitions, and audit logs. This data is used to provide the service and improve our platform.
MCP Traffic Metadata
When AI tool calls pass through the Squidward gateway, we process request metadata for policy enforcement and audit logging. We do not store the content of tool responses unless explicitly configured by your organization for compliance purposes.
How We Use Your Information

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Audit logs are retained according to your organization's configured retention policy, with a default of 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. For enterprise deployments, we support customer-managed encryption keys and on-premise installations.
Third-Party Services
